The building is located near the river and in very close distance from the ACI marina Dubrovnik.
The building has a total of eight residential units and underground parking. Each apartment has two underground parking spaces, and the future owners have also possibility to close their own space for their cars or other use.
On the same level there are storage rooms, one for each apartment. The elevator serve the building from the garage and storage level and up.
On the first two floors (ground and first floor) are located the four duplex apartments, connected to their privet gardens.

The penthouse enjoyed beautiful river view and over the nearby ACI Marina. The main entrance to the penthouse is via direct elevator door which opens to the spacious living room. The apartment has two spacious stand alone suits.
The building is located on the edge of the green zone, and has a permanently open view to the south and the river, ACI marina and future recreational zone. The plot is in fact located near the castle Rastic ( 15th century) protected as cultural heritage.

During the design and construction of the building , we invest every way to save energy - that included solar system, underfloor heating, special windows and doors etc.
