The house is built right at the seaside, and the owners also posses two smaller boats and a sailing-boat - moored right in front of the villa. In the house there are two comfortable apartments with separated entrances and spacious terraces. They are used for renting by current owner.

First apartment is 90m2 and capacity of 6+1 persons:

- an entrance hallway that separates the bedrooms and the living-room
- 3 bedrooms with beds for 2 persons
- a kitchen and a living room (plus a TV set)

- 2 smaller rooms (3+1 persons)
- a spacious terrace with a table, 4 chairs, a fireplace and the view of the bay and the canal

Four parking spaces. Village situated on the eastern part of the island of Korcula, just 3 km from old town Korcula. It is a small community and has a grocery store, restaurant, boat and bike rental, and organized boat tours of the surroundings. In village , there are pebble beaches with concrete swimming areas. It is an ideal destination if you are looking to spend a peaceful and quiet vacation, yet is close to the town of Korcula which offers a more active vacation.
