The house has three floors. On the ground floor/basement it is an open area that can be closed in and used as a storage or similar. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, an open plan living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace looking at the sea. The second floor has a large open plan living room in front of which is the terrace with beautiful panoramic sea view. On this floor there is another kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and an utility room. It also has one small terrace on the side.

Both floors are new and furnished completely. The house is air conditioned. First and second floor are 88m2 each, including 24m2 terrace on each floor.
