House with sea view - Island of Korcula

On the ground floor, there is a small courtyard (closed, since its in a row house) from which, there is an entrance to the old tavern. From the courtyard there is also en entrance into a separate bathroom and summer type kitchen with dinning area. On the first floor entrance is via separate staircase that leads into the apartment with two bedrooms, large living room and a kitchen. From the corridor staircase climbs to another room (could be a bedroom) with access to a terrace. From the terrace, climbing the old iron staircase to the top of the house, there is also a big terrace with a wonderful view of the entire town. The house was built on the ground and half on the first floor in stone covered with plaster, but which can be removed to show original stone walls. Above that all construction is concrete.
